In the world of a beekeeper and company revolving around selling honey Spring means many things, foremost among these is work, and there's more than enough of that to go around.
We've been busy since the end of February getting our bees ready to make honey this year and a few of them ready for new home as they will be moving into the back yards of folks who are using Roark Acres bees to get started in their new hobby.
We opened our Store in Jenks (502 E Main Street). We keep a good stock of our products there and some neat bees and honey related gifts. We also will have a small selection of beekeeping equipment on hand very soon. Please stop by and see Amy or Penny Tuesday to Friday 11 to 5.
The Tulsa Farmers Market on Cherry street has kicked back off and you can catch us there every Saturday morning.
