Slow-roasted garlic, a flavor like no other. We use the equivalent of a whole bulb of fresh garlic in every jar. The flavor is mellowed by slow roasting to create this sauce that is rich in texture and taste. This sauce is an excellent addition to chicken or eggplant parmesan.
